BOEHM STAINED GLASS STUDIO
Midland Park, New Jersey 07432
Boehm Stained Glass Studio creates quality custom stained glass windows for your home. Working with copper foiled glass of all types, we create one-of-a-kind, heirloom works of art for your windows ...Pieces to be admired daily and treasured forever!
We collaborate with you to find the patterns and the glass that suit the color palette and decor of your home.
You provide us with your window dimensions, colors, and theme ... Modern, Victorian, Art Deco, Western, florals, scenics, pets, autos, birds ... Any theme that appeals to you appeals to us.
We will send several patterns for your approval. Or we will work together to create an original design. We will coach you on glass to choose for where your window will be installed. We then prepare a full-color computer rendition which provides a preview of your finished window. Watch the progress of your window, from the design to the installation, on my blog.
Each piece is framed with sturdy channel (a metal border) which finishes and strengthens the piece. We can solder hooks and chains to the back of the channel for hanging in your window. An additional option is to have your piece framed in wood which is stained to match your window, or painted to match your moldings.
The pricing of each piece varies by the overall size of the window, number of pieces of glass to be cut, and time. Since we specialize in residential windows and generally use patterns found online or in books (there are many hundreds from which to choose), we are very reasonable. Custom windows can also be created using your artwork, logo, or photograph. We provide detailed estimates that include materials costs, labor, and projected delivery date.
And YES, we also do repairs of copper foiled stained glass. Please click here to see several step-by-step examples of repairs, as posted to my blog. And be sure to see the Repairs page of the website.
